- Woody Baldwin (Sound L.D.): Invader #1244 - Marty Godsil

- Indefatigable Trophy - For greatest perseverance, never gave up despite obstacles, etc - Sandy Pratt
- Varuna Handicap - for the skipper/boat who self-inflicted the most severe handicap that season - Zoe #1110, Nic Wayand
- NW Passage - skipper boat who did the longest cruise in 2011 - Ken Lane
- Anchor Watch - most nights on the boat - Ken Lane
- Un Bel Di Inspirational Award - member who carried the fleet forward to the greatest extent during the year (think team spirit)
- Outstanding Crew – crew member you can’t live without, regular attendance, runs boat delivery, etc - Brian Flaherty
- Challenger Trophy - most improved skipper, individual who is starting to challenge the top of the fleet - Matt Swalwell
